I have a good feeling about this, the prosecution delivered its final statement to the Judge Ra'oof Abdul Rahman, and the chief prosecuter Ja'fer Mousawi said "The prosecution demand that the court impose the heaviest penalties on those defendants who spread corruption on earth and where not even trees escape their oppression, so we demand the court impose the death penalty,"
The defence will deliver their last remarks on July 10th, and afterwards the Judge will pass out the sentence...Saddam, Barzan, Ramadhan & Bander could all face death by hanging if they are found guilty. The Iraqi Presidential council will have to sign and they should all be hanged within 30 days.
I am certain they will all get the death penalty, and their deaths will bring relief to the hundreds of thousands if not millions of Iraqi's who have lost their loved ones in the genocide & slaughter that went on for over 3 long bloody decades during the Ba'ath party regimes terror in which no Iraqi was shown even the most basic human rights or mercy.
A world where Saddam Hussain is in a grave is a better world for everyone.

I hope your premonition is correct, to endure another trial would be brutal.
I hope thy televise the hanging for it's a cathartic value, As a ritual of relief, for all those who have suffered broadcast the final moment that it's finally over he's dead.
Will have to go to Court of Cassation first, maybe Federal Supreme Court.
